Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Booking Portal, operated by VikVek Tmi. It supplements the Terms of Service and the Merchant Terms.

Prohibited services and conduct

You must not use the Platform to offer illegal services or goods; to defraud, deceive or impersonate; or in any way that breaks applicable law.

Payments and fees

You must not circumvent Platform fees or payment handling, for example by steering customers to pay off-platform to avoid commission.

Reviews and content

You must not post fake, incentivised or manipulated reviews, infringe intellectual-property rights, or publish unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading content.

Security and integrity

You must not upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape or overload the Platform, or interfere with its operation or with other users.

Communications

You must not send spam or unsolicited marketing through or by means of the Platform.

Enforcement and reporting

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. To report a violation, use the contact details on the service front page.
