What we collect

When you make a booking we collect your name, email address and phone number to fulfil the booking and communicate about it. For registered users we additionally store basic account details. Payments are processed by the payment provider; we never store card details.

Visitor statistics

We use a single first-party cookie (bp_vid) for anonymous visitor statistics, and only if you accept it. Without acceptance, statistics use a daily-rotating identifier that cannot identify you and stores nothing on your device. Essential cookies (session, language, consent choice) are always active.

Use and disclosure

Data is used to fulfil bookings, for customer communication (confirmations, reminders) and to meet legal obligations. Your booking details are visible to the business you book with. We do not sell data to third parties.

Retention and your rights

Data is kept only as long as necessary. You have the right to access, rectify and request erasure of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Contact details for the controller are available on the service front page.
